How you can help

When young people are stressed it can be because stress levels in the family are high generally, for many different reasons and as a result of life events. Some degree of worry in life is useful in small doses as it motivates people into decision making and accomplishing tasks. However when it gets out of control it can affect family life as the balance of must dos, and tasks that are not so enjoyable interfere with and interrupt the more enjoyable aspects of family life. We offer the following advice to young people about keeping balance and protecting mental health from declining in stressful times, and it may be good advice for you too!
